- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the Jiffy mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a side dish!
