  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and marinara sauce until well combined.
