- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked beef bacon
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 68 small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place boneless chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and place it on a cutting board.
- Shred the chicken with two forks, mixing in the cream cheese.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
- Scoop shredded chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Add diced tomatoes and crisp lettuce for crunch.
- Serve the tacos on a platter, garnished with cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce to the chicken mixture. You can also switch up spices or add veggies like bell peppers and onions.
