Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken with forks in the crockpot and mix with cream cheese and ranch.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Serve on sandwiches or as desired, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Adding garlic powder or onion powder can enhance flavor.
