- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with forks in the crockpot and mix with cream cheese and ranch.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve on sandwiches or as desired, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Adding garlic powder or onion powder can enhance flavor.
