A refreshing and satisfying salad combining the classic flavors of Caesar with hearty pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken (rotisserie is a quick alternative)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (dairy-free alternative if desired)
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, grilled chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, and gently mix again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a colder dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
