A refreshing and satisfying salad combining the classic flavors of Caesar with hearty pasta.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
- 2 cups Grilled Chicken (rotisserie is a quick alternative)
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (dairy-free alternative if desired)
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, grilled chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
- Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, and gently mix again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a colder dish.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
