- 1 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cooked white rice or crusty bread, for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, chopped onion, minced garlic, and heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over fluffy white rice or with warm crusty bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in Cajun seasoning and butter for a few hours before cooking. Adjust spiciness as desired.
