Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add chicken breasts, soups, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese cubes, and Italian seasoning to the slow cooker. Stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- While the cheese melts, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and add to the slow cooker.
- Toss spaghetti with the creamy chicken mixture and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding bell peppers or spinach. Use red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Cook spaghetti while chicken mix is heating for efficiency.
