- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
- Serve on its own or with buns.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or jalapeños to the slow cooker. You can use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese for a healthier version.
