Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic into the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or basil to the sauce. Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. Using freshly grated parmesan cheese will enhance the taste.
