Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
- Cook for an additional minute until heated through.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
