- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Form the chilled mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- Dust the truffles with extra powdered sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the coating before serving.
