Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  3. Form the chilled mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and allow excess to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  6. Dust the truffles with extra powdered sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the coating before serving.
