Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
