- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk or heavy cream, and season with spices, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices before cooking. Adjust spices to taste for a spicier dish.
