- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 8 tostada shells
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Layer each tostada with shredded lettuce, a generous portion of rotisserie chicken, diced tomatoes, and any other toppings you prefer.
- Add a dollop of sour cream on each tostada.
- Finish with pico de gallo, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For maximum crispiness, serve the tostadas right after assembling. Store leftover toppings and chicken separately to prevent sogginess.
