Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer each tostada with shredded lettuce, a generous portion of rotisserie chicken, diced tomatoes, and any other toppings you prefer.
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream on each tostada.
  6. Finish with pico de gallo, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice.
