- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot, coating the chicken evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the Crock Pot and stir to mix with the sauce.
- Serve the creamy chicken mixture over a bed of angel hair pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add an additional half cup of cream cheese. Consider adding vegetables for added nutrition.
