Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch and taco seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and green chilies on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with two forks and stir everything together.
  7. Serve with rice or tortillas.

Notes

For extra spice, add some chopped jalapeños or hot sauce. You can also customize the recipe by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
