- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced green chilies
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch and taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and green chilies on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with two forks and stir everything together.
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
Notes
