A warm, cheesy dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings, made effortlessly in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (85/15), browned and drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz / 28g)
- 32 oz processed cheese (like Velveeta), cut into cubes
- 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles (Rotel), undrained
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
- Add the browned ground beef, processed cheese, diced tomatoes and green chiles (with their juice), and cream cheese to the crockpot.
- Set the crockpot to low heat and cover.
- Cook for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and well combined.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or chopped cilantro on top before serving.
