Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce mixture for a couple of hours before cooking. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for a more complete meal.
