Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices (American or your choice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into equal portions.
  3. Place the meat on the hot griddle and use a spatula to smash it down into a thin patty.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip the patty.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on top of the patty and let it melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the griddle.
