Ingredients

- 4 burger buns
- 4 cheese slices (American or your choice)

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into equal portions.
- Place the meat on the hot griddle and use a spatula to smash it down into a thin patty.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip the patty.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the patty and let it melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle.
- Assemble the burgers with desired toppings and condiments.
- Serve hot.
