Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are golden and tender.
- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet to coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
This dish pairs well with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
