- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the chicken breasts over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing. You can add garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor.
