- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, cheese, avocado, lime
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion on top.
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top.
- Pour salsa over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything well.
- Serve in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
