Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup biscuit dough
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until heated through.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the top of the mixture about 30 minutes before serving.
- Cover and cook until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comforting meal.
Notes
For more flavor, consider adding herbs like rosemary or parsley. You can use frozen mixed vegetables for convenience.
