- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and veggies. Stir well to combine everything.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top it with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
