- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 large onions, caramelized

- 1 1/2 cups Gruyère or Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, and caramelized onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and chicken broth, then pour over the rice mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Caramelize the onions well for enhanced flavor. Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Add more cheese if desired.
