Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering the edges.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet.
- Add half the cheese on each slice of bread.
- Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat.
- Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve hot with tomato soup or salad. Use fresh bread for the best texture.
