Description

A delightful twist on a classic grilled cheese, infused with garlic flavor and buttery goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, covering the edges.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet.
  4. Add half the cheese on each slice of bread.
  5. Top with the other slices of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Heat a skillet over low heat.
  7. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot with tomato soup or salad. Use fresh bread for the best texture.
