Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts and potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
