Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add corn kernels and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
