Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
