A delicious and healthy Greek-inspired flatbread meal with tzatziki sauce and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 4 flatbreads or pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cauliflower crust (for gluten-free version)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to flatbread package instructions or to 400°F (200°C) for homemade flatbreads.
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of tzatziki sauce on each flatbread.
  4. Top with sliced chicken, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until edges are crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your Mediterranean delight!
