Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with vegetables or whole grain crackers.

Notes

For extra flavor, add shredded mozzarella cheese. Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the buffalo sauce.
