- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with vegetables or whole grain crackers.
Notes
For extra flavor, add shredded mozzarella cheese. Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the buffalo sauce.
