- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Lettuce or spinach for serving
- Tzatziki sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Grill or sauté the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by layering the chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion in each tortilla.
- Serve with lettuce or spinach, and drizzle with tzatziki sauce if desired.
Notes
