These Healthy Protein Brownie Bites are a delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying on track with your health goals. Packed with protein and wholesome ingredients, they are perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl together.
  3. Combine the honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before removing from the tin.

Notes

Use a high-quality protein powder for the best flavor and texture. You can also swap dark chocolate chips for white chocolate or butterscotch chips for a different flavor!
