Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled; use 100% juice with no added sugar if preferred.)
- 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred for a smooth, creamy swirl.)
- 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries (Adds texture and extra berry flavor.)
- 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving.)
- 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping and garnish.)
Instructions
- Add the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
- Pour the chilled blackberry juice into the pitcher until it is about three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour in the coconut milk to create a cloudy swirl effect through the juice.
- Gently stir once or twice to enhance the marble effect. Avoid overmixing to preserve the layered look.
- Fill serving glasses with ice if desired and pour the drink over the ice.
- Top each glass with extra freeze-dried blackberries and serve immediately while chilled.
Notes
For the best flavor, use freshly chilled blackberry juice. Stir the coconut milk well before adding it for a smooth blend. Experiment with ratios of blackberry juice and coconut milk for your preferred flavor balance.
