- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped cream (for filling)
- 1/2 cup chocolate or vanilla frosting (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Twinkie pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients alternately with milk until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each section about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Remove from the pan carefully.
- Fill each Twinkie with whipped cream using a piping bag.
