- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine honey, melted butter, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Place carrot sticks on a baking sheet and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over them.
- Toss to coat evenly and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of lemon juice to the honey garlic mixture. Make sure to cut the carrots into uniform sticks for even cooking.
