Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine honey, melted butter, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Place carrot sticks on a baking sheet and drizzle the honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. Toss to coat evenly and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes
