Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim the green beans and prepare the carrots.
- Whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the honey glaze over the carrots and green beans and toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for caramelization, watching closely.
- Rest the vegetables for a minute before serving.
