Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim the green beans and prepare the carrots.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the honey glaze over the carrots and green beans and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes for caramelization, watching closely.
  7. Rest the vegetables for a minute before serving.
