Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
