- 1 cup of apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of applesauce
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened
- Chocolate melts or candy coating
- Popsicle sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the diced apples, applesauce, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Gradually add the apple mixture to the crumbled cake until fully incorporated.
- Form small balls of the mixture and insert a popsicle stick into each one.
- Freeze the cake pops for about 60 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate melts or candy coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
- Place the finished cake pops upright in a styrofoam block or in a mug to set. Enjoy!
