Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
