A vibrant dish that brings tropical flavors to your table, perfect for sunny days and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for longer than 30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
