Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for longer than 30 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
