Description
A bright and delicious grilled chicken dish with zesty lime flavor, perfect for summer barbecues and family dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Letting the chicken marinate longer can enhance the taste. Don’t skip letting the chicken rest after grilling to keep it juicy.
