Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves (for wraps)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve the chicken salad in lettuce leaves, wrapping them up to enjoy.
Notes
Store any leftover chicken salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
