Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (for wraps)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and red onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Serve the chicken salad in lettuce leaves, wrapping them up to enjoy.

Store any leftover chicken salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
