Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Combine the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and parsley in a large bowl.
  4. Toss the potatoes until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
