- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
- Top it off with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 240 minutes or until fully set. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a firmer crust, press the graham cracker mixture firmly. Feel free to swap cherry pie filling with other fruit flavors.
