Description

A delicious no-bake dessert featuring a creamy layer topped with sweet cherry pie filling, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
  5. Top it off with cherry pie filling, spreading evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 240 minutes or until fully set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a firmer crust, press the graham cracker mixture firmly. Feel free to swap cherry pie filling with other fruit flavors.
