Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and nut butter until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until everything is well mixed.
- Use your hands to form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
