Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and nut butter until smooth.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until everything is well mixed.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in size.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
