A light and refreshing dessert made with layers of ripe mangoes, creamy filling, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.

- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening graham crackers)
Instructions
- Whip the chilled all-purpose cream in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the chilled sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream. Continue whipping until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish. If you want, quickly dip the graham crackers in milk before layering.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Arrange a layer of sliced mangoes over the cream.
- Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mangoes until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of cream and mangoes on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Serve chilled, optionally add a sprig of mint on top for freshness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
