Delightful no-bake bars that combine sweet and salty flavors with crunchy pretzels, rich caramel, and creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a large bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined. Press into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the bars: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust evenly.
  4. Add the caramel sauce: Drizzle and spread salted caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Cut and serve: Slice into bars and sprinkle the top with sea salt before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Add sea salt right before serving.
