- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a large bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined. Press into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Assemble the bars: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust evenly.
- Add the caramel sauce: Drizzle and spread salted caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Cut and serve: Slice into bars and sprinkle the top with sea salt before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Add sea salt right before serving.
