Description

A comforting, creamy pasta dish made with chicken, garlic, and parmesan, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the pot until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add penne pasta, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined. Return the chicken to the pot and let everything simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding vegetables like spinach or peas. Adjust garlic according to your taste.
