- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil spray or 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife.
- Combine the zucchini slices with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for about 120 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Let them cool and enjoy the chips as a snack or with a dip.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with extra cheese or spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
