Description

Crispy and flavorful zucchini chips, a healthier alternative to potato chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil spray or 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. Combine the zucchini slices with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 120 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Let them cool and enjoy the chips as a snack or with a dip.

Notes
